Nichelle Griffin is the founder and visionary of Kingdom KeepHer, a discipleship and mentorship ministry dedicated to helping women cultivate intimacy with God, live healed and whole, and walk confidently in their God given identity and purpose.

As a licensed minister, Certified Christian Life Coach, Board Certified Christian Counselor, and founder of Kingdom KeepHer, Nichelle has a God given anointing for matters of the heart. She is passionate about helping women confront the internal barriers that hinder spiritual growth, break unhealthy cycles, and experience lasting transformation through a deeper relationship with Adonai. Committed to lifelong learning and biblical scholarship, she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Biblical Psychology, further equipping her to serve women through biblically grounded teaching, counseling, and discipleship.

At the heart of Nichelle's ministry is the belief that true transformation is cultivated through intimacy with God. She teaches women how to establish and protect their Sacred Space and Secret Place, develop a consistent lifestyle of prayer, grow in biblical truth, and build an unwavering faith that is rooted in knowing who they are and whose they are in Christ.

Her teachings are anchored in the Break through to Break out with F.I.R.E. Framework: Forgiveness, Identity, Relationship, and Equipped. These four pillars guide women toward spiritual maturity, emotional wholeness, and a life that reflects the character and heart of Christ. Through practical biblical teaching, Spirit led mentorship, and compassionate counseling, Nichelle equips women to move beyond temporary breakthrough into a lifestyle of Kingdom living.

Nichelle is also the host and facilitator of the annual My Sister's KeepHer Retreat, a transformational gathering where women come together in unity and expectation to encounter the presence of God, experience healing and deliverance, deepen their faith, and be equipped to fulfill their Kingdom assignment. She also leads Winning Wednesday, a weekly discipleship gathering focused on cultivating a winner's mindset through intimacy with God and the transformative power of His Word.

Known for her authentic, compassionate, and Spirit led approach, Nichelle creates environments where women feel seen, heard, challenged, restored, and empowered to walk boldly in their divine purpose.
